Small Business Concessional Loan Facility

Low-interest loans for established SMEs expanding production and hiring in the Gulf and Levant. Loans carry a two-year grace period and are assessed by the council's partner bank, which runs the application process on its own site. Applications are assessed against the published review criteria by the provider's panel. Successful applicants sign a grant agreement and report on progress and spending.
