Grants for programmes that train young people and connect them to jobs in East and West Africa. The fund backs NGOs and social enterprises delivering vocational training, mentoring and direct employer placement for people aged 18-30. Proposals must track employment outcomes six months after completion. Applications are assessed against the published review criteria by the provider's panel.
